In my previous post, we explored the significance of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act from a customer standpoint. In this post let's simplify the same for Businesses.

Businesses are collecting a lot more data than ever before, but not all data is created equal. 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 about customers, like their personal details, needs extra protection. That's where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act of 2023 comes in. This law sets rules for businesses to follow to keep this data safe. If they don't, they could face penalties.

• 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: Failure to comply with the law can result in hefty fines, reputational damage, and even legal action.
